EASY RETURNS

1. All returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase or receipt of the article
2. If you’re not happy or satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at labDiamondcvd@gmail.com  for return instructions.
3.  The return would involve 3% restocking fees
4.  All items must be returned unused and in the original format along with the invoice & Certificates
5. Once the Article is approved for return & on receipt; We will provide you with a return shipping label 
6. All returns would be inspected by the Incorporation for any usage- damages, breakage, or any kind of inappropriation. 
7. Any kind of resizing engraving or customization jobs will not be accepted for returns.
8. If we find you have made any kind of amendments or changes in the product it will not be accepted for returns 
9. We would process & give the money back within approximately  15 days. The money would be returned from the Source it has been received. For example, credit card payments would be returned to your credit card; wire transfers would be returned to the bank, and so on
