Yes, we provide a free resizing for seven days on all rings purchased from Lab Diamond CVD by Jewels Queen Inc. To start a resizing, simply contact a support agent via chat or email at labdiamondcvd@gmail.com. To speed up the procedure, make sure you have your order number and the appropriate size on hand. Please be aware that this restriction does not apply to platinum rings that cannot be resized.
Any nearby jewellery store should provide free sizing; alternatively, you can utilise our ring sizing tool. When you are sized, observe the kind of sizers that were used: comfort fit, thin, or wide (i.e., rounded on the inside).
We are pleased to offer free customisation and personalisation services, and we would be pleased to engrave jewellery or rings for you. There is a "order notes" section on the checkout page at the time of order placement. Kindly make a note of the instructions there.
It takes 3 to 4 days to craft side stones in round shapes; other shapes can cause the ring/jewelry crafting process to take up to 2 weeks, plus additional time for the jewellery.

The ring also was sold as total weight of 1.0 and appraised at 1.01. Would have liked faster shipping and requested that when ordering but that request was ignored. I love the look of this ring. The size of the main stone is perfect for me – I wouldn’t want it any bigger. The lab grown diamond sparkle is beautiful, and it arrived right on time shiny and brand new with no scratches or stones missing It is stamped 14k gold. The stone does stick out a bit, but I think this is just standard for this type of ring. Sometimes the stone weighs the ring down so it slips to one side or the other, but I’m someone who retains water and my fingers can swell/ fluctuate so it might be more that or that might be a normal thing – I’m not a big ring wearer til this point. I’ve been wearing it daily for about a month and it’s still in great shape with all the stones. I sail and and am very active, work with my hands a lot, and no scratches or stones knocked out. All in all a beautiful ring at a great value that I am thrilled with!
