To start a resizing, simply contact a support agent via chat or email at labdiamondcvd@gmail.com. To speed up the procedure, make sure you have your order number and the appropriate size on hand. Please be aware that this restriction does not apply to platinum rings that cannot be resized.

Any nearby jewellery store should provide free sizing; alternatively, you can utilise our ring sizing tool. When you are sized, observe the kind of sizers that were used: comfort fit, thin, or wide (i.e., rounded on the inside).
